A Fifty-Word Story About Fatherhood
My daughter had her first day of school earlier this month. I don’t even know how the hell that’s possible; it’s only been five minutes since we brought her home from the hospital.
Anyway, it’s been making me feel a whole lot of feelings, and so I tried to channel some of them into a piece of flash fiction. It’s called In The Blink Of An Eye, and the good folks at 50-Word Stories have kindly seen fit to publish it.
If you need me I’ll just be over here pondering my own mortality.
